These new hoop houses have been everything we hoped for.
By protecting the crop from harsh weather while still letting the plants soak up the natural Hudson Valley sunshine, they've helped create ideal growing conditions throughout the season. 🌤️🍃
The result? Stronger plants, healthier growth, and fields we're incredibly proud of.

As exciting as this transformation has been, we're just getting started.
The plants still have plenty of time to bulk up before harvest, and if this first month is any indication, we're in for an incredible season. 💪🌿
